Payment Terms
- Deposit: 25% upon contract signature
- Progress Payment: 50% on commencement of installation
- Final Payment: 25% upon completion and handover
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cheque, or approved finance
Late Payment
- Interest may be charged on overdue payments at 8% per annum
- Work may be suspended for non-payment
- Legal costs for debt recovery may be charged to customer
Installation and Completion
Site Access and Preparation
- Customer must provide safe and reasonable access
- Electricity supply must be available during installation
- Customer responsible for clearing installation areas
- Suitable parking must be available for installation vehicles
Installation Process
- Work will be carried out by qualified and insured technicians
- Installation dates are estimates and subject to weather conditions
- We will minimise disruption and clean up after completion
- System will be tested and commissioned before handover
Completion and Handover
- System operation and maintenance training provided
- All relevant documentation and warranties transferred
- Grid connection applications submitted where required
- Performance monitoring systems activated

- Before Installation: Cancellation fee may apply for design work
- During Installation: Customer liable for costs incurred
- Refund Policy: Pro-rata refund less reasonable costs

Force Majeure
